Quality, environmental, and preservation Policy

AGRESA was founded in 1981, focused on the sale of spare parts and repair of agricultural machinery in general, under the name Agrícola de Repuestos, SL. Due to the decline in the agricultural machinery sector, the high demand for generators, and the ambition to grow and take on new projects, in 1996 the company decided to focus its activity on the sale, maintenance, repair, and rental of generators under the name GRUPOS ELECTRÓGENOS AGRESA, SL.

The company’s sales and service activity is mainly carried out within Spanish territory, primarily in Catalonia, but we are open to selling worldwide, as we have already done in South Africa and South America.

The experience gained over all these years allows us to offer our customers a wide range of standard generators, as well as tailored projects and schedules to meet their needs, with qualified staff who can provide all services with professionalism, always seeking the highest quality at competitive prices.

AGRESA’s management has decided to adopt an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Privacy, Prevention, and Carbon Footprint in order to improve the quality level of all its services, being aware of the importance of environmental conservation. We are certified with ISO 9001 for Quality and ISO 14001 for the Environment, which adds value to our products and services. It is also a priority to improve the safety and health protection levels of our company’s workers.

AGRESA aims to be an example of a company committed to the Environment, Quality, Privacy, and Prevention within the sector. This policy is a statement of intent from which our objectives and goals are derived, to be reviewed annually, and aimed at:

  • Reducing significant environmental impacts and taking action to prevent pollution.
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction to ensure the company’s continuity and growth, always seeking continuous improvement in our processes.
  • Operating always in strict compliance with applicable laws and any other requirements from interested parties.
  • Eliminating or reducing work-related risks.
  • Continuously protecting the safety and health of workers.
  • Establishing the necessary information, consultation, and participation mechanisms to carry out preventive activities.
  • Conducting reviews to keep this policy, objectives, and goals up to date and ensure compliance.

This policy establishes roles and responsibilities in prevention, quality, environment, privacy, and carbon footprint matters. Therefore, the collaboration of all individuals in the company is not only necessary but vital to achieving the final goals. For this reason, everyone must actively engage, starting with the management, which initially establishes and promotes this policy.

To demonstrate these commitments, the company will make this policy public and available to any interested party.
